| We are delighted to report that Jumeirah is embarking on the construction of a new hotel as part of the Madinat Jumeirah resort. |
| The hotel will add 430 luxury rooms to our world-renowned beachside property in Dubai and represents a major addition to the high-end |
| hotel landscape of the Emirate. |
| The new hotel, which is as yet unnamed, will be located on the beach front between Mina A' Salam and the Wild Wadi waterpark, |
| approximately half a kilometer away from Burj Al Arab. |
| As a result of the expansion, we have arranged to relocate our beach facilities to the north side of the Burj Al Arab bridge and close |
| our beachside restaurant - Majlis Al Bahar. |
| The new beach facilities - available exclusively for Burj Al Arab guests - are situated in the prime area nearby the Executive Club Pool |
| and opposite the Villa Beach restaurant. The quality of the amenities, service and dining options will match the Majlis Al Bahar standards. |
| Upon completion of the project towards, Burj Al Arab will boast a new state-of-the-art beachfront restaurant with modern |
| beach facilities and neighboring kids' play area. |
